Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region is recruiting people in Construction, Hospitality, Photography and Special Events programs. They believe they can offer you a unique, fun and rewarding way to give back to your commuity. They welcome volunteers of all skill levels and are willing to train you.

THEMUSEUM in downtown Kitchener, is currently looking for volunteers to assist with their Education Programs. Volunteers contribute to every aspect and activity and have the opportunity to promote and support THEMUSEUM's vision to Awe, Inspire and Enlighten by creating a fun and interactive learning environment for visitors.

Strong Start Reading Volunteer Training

If you are looking for a rewarding volunteer experience, consider becoming a Strong Start Volunteer Reading Coach. If you have 30 minutes or more each week for 10 weeks, and would enjoy working one to one with a young child, playing games and activities to boost literacy skills, we want to hear from you! Meals on Wheels and More is a local charity providing various programs and supports to seniors and adults with disabilities, enabling them to live at home, independently and with dignity in Waterloo Region. New volunteers are currently required as drivers, friendly visitors, exercise instructors and kitchen helpers. Whether you have one hour to give or an open schedule, they would welcome your assistance.
